Game Not Loading

If the game does not appear within 30 seconds, try refreshing your browser. Ensure JavaScript is enabled. Use a modern browser (Chrome, Firefox, Safari, or Edge) for best results. Mobile devices should use the default browser.

Sound Not Working

Most browsers require a user interaction before playing audio. Press the spin button at least once, then use the Audio and Music buttons in-game to enable sounds. Check that your device volume is not muted.

Game Appears Slow

Goldfield Reels uses WebGL graphics for smooth performance. Close other browser tabs and applications for a better experience. On older devices, the game may run at reduced quality.

Virtual Balance Reset

Your virtual balance is stored in your browser session. Closing the browser or clearing browser storage will reset it. This is expected behaviour for a free game with no account system.

Age Gate Not Dismissing

The age gate stores your confirmation in browser local storage. If you blocked local storage or are in private/incognito mode, the gate may reappear on each visit. This is standard security behaviour.
